Founder and Director

Dr. Ajaykumar Kanduri is the Founder and Director of Swadesh Anusandhan Pvt. Ltd. based at Navi Mumbai. He was born in 1978 and holds Masters Degree in Veterinary Science. He was working as Assistant Professor in the university and has 17 years of experience in teaching, research and extension activities. After taking voluntary retirement in 2021, he started a proprietary firm engaged in developing alternative medicine (Ayurvedic / Herbal) for human and animals. During the period he filed two patents and secured several registered trademarks. In the year 2023, he founded Swadesh Anusandhan Pvt. Ltd., an emerging start-up engaged in inventing novel solutions for global health and environmental issues.

Dr. Pooja Hirulkar

co-founder and Director

Dr. Pooja Hirulkar is co-founder and Director of Swadesh Anusandhan Pvt. Ltd. based at Navi Mumbai. She was born in 1991 and holds Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Science. She is a leading vet / pet practitioner in Navi Mumbai. She is a co-inventor in two filed patents and secured several registered trademarks.

Both promoters believe that their efforts and hard-earned knowledge should be useful to needy and poor people, animals, vegetation and overall nature. Conservation of ecosystem is the prime mandate and fundamental responsibility of humans. It is also expected to go with global collaborations so as to refine innovations and implement them effectively globally.
